What was your main motivation for choosing Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast as your new forever home?
Combination of price, house & garage choices, inclusions, block size, & location. Best bang for buck by a mile!
How would you describe the journey from initial contact through to the handover of your new home?
Initial consultation was with Vic & then subsequently with Rod onsite. The decision was then agreed to sell our home in Lake Macquarie NSW & move to sunny QLD! We have had no issues whatsoever & it was for the main part a seamless process. No issues at all dealing with AHC staff, always there to help. The house was everything we envisaged.
If you could describe Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort in a short paragraph, what would you say to those considering joining the community?
This community offers a great lifestyle & position on the Fraser Coast. Convenience of being only 1/2 hour from Childers, Maryborough & Hervey Bay & only an hour from Bundaberg. Howard is a lovely small town & we have a very lovely Golf Course right next door! Everything is right here to enjoy your retirement today!

What was your main motivation for choosing Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast as your new forever home?
Low maintenance home with larger blocks than other resorts in a gated secure community in a small country town close to major facilities.
How would you describe the journey from initial contact through to the handover of your new home?
We were always kept up to date on progress of the home. Everything that was promised to us by Rod and Vic happened. We were ecstatic with the final result.
If you could describe Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort in a short paragraph, what would you say to those considering joining the community?
Look at the other resorts first then compare what you are getting here – Quality big homes not built on top of one another – Plenty of green space and a super friendly little country town. Away from the hustle and bustle.

If you could describe Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort in a short paragraph, what would you say to those considering joining the community?
This resort has been a complete lifestyle change for us. To be literally in here at ground level is so rewarding to see the growth around us happening. To be able to pack up and hit the road at anytime and know our house is secure and looked after is wonderful. The town of Howard and the resort community have exceeded our expectations.

What was your main motivation for choosing Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast as your new forever home?
Location was definitely a factor, as well as cost to build, size of the home blocks, amenities and the list goes on!! It was advised to us by Vic, to visit other resorts before we made a final decision and although we could have easily chosen to settle elsewhere, we were very happy with the professionalism and honesty we received during our journey.
How would you describe the journey from initial contact through to the handover of your new home?
From the beginning first contact, staff were very helpful and in our opinion honest in all aspects of the resort.
If you could describe Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort in a short paragraph, what would you say to those considering joining the community?
Come on board, you will not be disappointed. Since moving in, we have watched other homes pop out of the ground and envisage we will find more friendships as the facility evolves. Our little township of Howard has everything you will need. The tilt train travels regularly down to Brisbane and as I have experienced it, it is definitely a great relaxing way to see the countryside down to Brisbane and back. Its casual and can be formal at times depending on what’s happening in the little community but very relaxing!! We are so happy here.

What was your main motivation for choosing Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast as your new forever home?
We chose the area for 2 reasons. One was the proximity to either Maryborough and Hervey Bay and the second was they were also both just far enough away.
How would you describe the journey from initial contact through to the handover of your new home?
The entire time from start to finish was at times trying but all new builds are. We found the progress to be quite good considering not only weather issues but obviously lack of tradies at times and also materials. 9 months from start to finish is I think a very good timeline.
If you could describe Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort in a short paragraph, what would you say to those considering joining the community?
The choice of styles and colours is good and the finished product on handover was A1. The houses are not encroaching on each other which leaves you feeling that there is a bit of space around you.
