An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

Open Day

What a fantastic Open Day on Saturday the 23rd of March 2024.

It was a great turn out, we met many new friends and thank you to those current Home Owners that attended on the day to answer questions from those considering calling Good Life Fraser Coast home.

It was a fun filled day held in great spirit starting with a tour of our current facilities, the Clubhouse (under construction) and our stunning Waratah display home. We then filled in the next few hours with a good old fashioned sausage sizzle, drinks, tea, coffee and live entertainment.

Steve and Jo (81 The Boulevard) were recently handed the keys to their brand new home, a Waratah floor plan with a Contemporary facade and Grande garage (6m x 16m).

Nestled neatly on a premium 490m2 site, their new forever home has come up an absolute treat. Steve and Jo added personal touches including feature black finishes in the kitchen, bathroom & laundry, extended alfresco area and low-maintenance artificial turf.

Steve and Jo join us from Cooloola Cove.

Once again, congratulations and welcome to the Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast community.

Our community at Good Life is extremely social and our Central Park has now become the location of choice for Saturday afternoon BBQ and drinks.

This weekly catch-up is hosted by our homeowners and from 4pm everyone makes their way down to the BBQ area with a plate of food and drinks for everyone to share.

On the Road…with the Woody’s

We continue following the Woody’s on their Road Trip in Tasmania.

Joining them for a catch-up over lunch at the Mornington Hotel in Hobart were Kerryanne, Lisa and Terry (all from Good Life Fraser Coast). Looks like fresh Tassie seafood…yum!

Great to see the comradery…new adventures and new friendships.

Clubhouse Construction Update

 

Wow…what a difference a month makes!

Despite challenging weather conditions during the month of March, we have had pleasing progress and our Clubhouse is advancing well!

Here are a few construction updates:

• Structural steel frame is ongoing
• External veranda concrete installed
• Insulation wall wrap installed
• Windows and door installation is commencing
• Front garden surrounds/blockwork
• The perimeter boundary block wall is completed
• Feature raked ceiling rafters in progress

We can’t wait for you to see this space!

Dog Park – New Bench Seat

 

It seems that our fur babies have plenty of energy and like to spend a fair amount of time in the Dog Park…probably longer than their owners would like.

After several recent requests, we have installed a new park bench for owners to take a seat and rest their feet whilst their furry friends burn off some energy!
