An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

To Our Good Life Community,

We’re excited to bring you this July update with plenty of progress to share.

The Clubhouse Precinct continues to take shape, with the floodlit tennis court now complete and the bocce court and community fire pit area expected to follow by the end of the month, weather permitting.

Many homes are currently under construction across the Resort, with more about to commence.

Our new aqua aerobics classes have officially launched in the heated pool and are already proving popular with Home Owners.

We’re also looking forward to Coalfest 2025 this month — a fantastic local event held just down the road from the Resort, where the Good Life team will be onsite as proud sponsors.

Clubhouse Precinct Process

The floodlit tennis court is complete with the bocce court and community fit pit area not far behind. Subject to good weather, we expect completion of this zone in the Clubhouse Precinct at the end of this month.

On completion of all three new facilities, we will commemorate the milestone with a Home Owner celebration and official opening and hand over.

New Homes Under Construction

New homes under construction are tracking nicely with 1 Clubhouse Drive, 52 Greenview Drive, 29 Serenity Drive, 13 Fairway Drive and 3 Clubhouse Drive well underway. New homes on 17, 18 and 19 Scenic Way will be commencing shortly as well.

Home Spotlight: The Banksia Home

Aqua aerobics in the heated Clubhouse pool has kicked off this month and proving quite popular.

Wellness is an important part of living a good life.

We’re always looking for ways to make Resort living even better for our Home Owners, including offering news ways to stay active and social.

Our Aqua Aerobics classes are currently being trialled in the heated Clubhouse pool and they’re already making a splash!

COALFEST 2025

We’re only days away from Coalfest 2025, a celebration of the 1863 coal discovery that shaped the Burrum district’s history.
