Welcome to the November 2024 edition of The Good Mail where we bring you important updates and general community news and all things Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast.

October was a very satisfying month with fantastic progress across the Resort in support of new home builds and progress on The Clubhouse. The Stage 2 earthworks have progressed well even with the recent rain interruptions.

The completion and opening of the Clubhouse in early December 2024 is an important milestone event and we are excited to be at the pointy end of construction and ever so close to welcoming Home Owners to their exceptional brand new facility.

For those of you considering Good Life Fraser Coast as your forever home, there will be a short window for a private inspection of The Clubhouse in mid-December before we all take a well earned break and Home Owners are free to enjoy their new top class facility over the festive season.

Site Updates

Clubhouse Nearing Completion!

Only a few short weeks away now from the Grand Opening of The Clubhouse.
Internal works are nearing completion with external works powering ahead including the completion of the pool and spa, outdoor entertaining areas, gardens and landscaped areas.

This is a significant milestone being the first of the large under-roof community facilities for Home Owners and their Visitors to enjoy.

Tastefully decorated and furnished, the comprehensive Clubhouse facility, includes a quiet reading area, sauna, modern fully equipped gym, bathroom & shower facilities, large recreation room and lounge area, kitchenettes, large screen smart TV, competition size pool table, BBQ facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and heated pool and spa.

Stage 2 Release

Located at the most elevated location of the Resort, only a putt away from the Clubhouse and right next door to the Burrum District Golf Club, Stage 2 is powering along and nearing completion of earthworks.
