We’re excited to bring you the September 2025 edition of our monthly update, with lots of progress and community highlights to share.

We are thrilled to announce that the Clubhouse Precinct is officially completed with the opening of the Bocce Court, Firepit and floodlit Tennis Court held last week!

Spring is in the air and with the warmer temperatures our Resort gardens are looking a treat and starting to bloom.

We’d also like to wish all the Dads in our community a Happy Father’s Day for this Sunday. We hope you have a wonderful day.

Resort Updates

The Clubhouse Precinct is Now Complete

We’re delighted to share that the Clubhouse Precinct is officially complete!

Last week marked the opening of the final stage of this much-loved hub,with the tennis court, bocce court and fire pit now ready to enjoy. The celebration was a fantastic success, with wonderful feedback from our Home Owners who attended – the Resort is still buzzing from the excitement!

We love supporting local businesses and to make the day even more special, we put on a true Fraser Coast spread serving up sausages from the local Howard Butchery, fresh bread from the Howard Bakery, craft beer from Wide Bay Brewing in Maryborough and wine from Hill of Promise Winery in Childers.

Since the Clubhouse first opened its doors in December 2024, this has been a milestone we’ve all been looking forward to. It’s been incredible to watch the Resort grow, and these new facilities add even more ways for our community to connect, stay active and enjoy the Good Life.

We can’t wait to see these spaces come alive this Spring.
