2024 has been a year of terrific milestones highlighted by the completion of the first of the large under roof community facilities (the award winning Clubhouse) and the welcoming of many new Home Owners to the community.

The support of Home Owners contributes to the success and ambiance of our community, and I am genuinely thankful.

The Clubhouse opening is almost here!

With only one more sleep before the big day, the final touches are being made to the Clubhouse before we celebrate the milestone event with a Grand Opening with Home Owners.

A Big Welcome and Congratulations Steve and Lucinda!

Steve and Lucinda (66 The Boulevard) were recently handed the keys to their beautiful new Banksia floor plan home with the classic Hip facade and a RV garage (6m x 11 metres) on a 500 square metre site.

Waiting for Steve & Lucinda in their garage was their brand new electric Golf Cart…complimentary with the purchase of their brand new home. Steve & Lucinda join us from Canberra ACT.

AHC Limited 40th Anniversary

With a guest list of founding directors, shareholders, long term consultants and former & current staff, AHC took a few hours out to celebrate its 40th Anniversary last month.

Established on the Gold Coast in 1984, AHC Limited is proud to be a Queensland Based and Australian Owned property Developer, Owner and Manager. This first 40 years has seen AHC Limited complete a diverse range of projects across a broad spectrum of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial.

AHC continues to own and manage a District Shopping Centre at Parkhurst in Rockhampton (Parkhurst Town Centre), develop its industrial land holdings at Hervey Bay (Dundowran Industrial Park) and is currently developing its inaugural Over 50s lifestyle resort at Howard on the Fraser Coast (Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast).
