We are very excited about the year ahead and we look forward to completing homes currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION for their new Owners.

If you would like to be hosting friends and family in your new home this coming Christmas, you will need to have a start date for your new home on or before 30 June. Slots are filling fast with less than 12 slots remaining with a pre 30 June commencement date.

Clubhouse Construction Update

The Clubhouse is powering along with the portal steel frame erected and the concrete slab recently poured & completed.It is taking shape very quickly and we look forward to completing the Clubhouse later this year.

Facilities Update

Meet Scout 🐕

One of our resident Good Life pups. Scout is a Border Collie full of energy and loves a play in the Dog Off-Leash park. Scout is owned by Dave & Leigh of 27 Serenity Drive.

The Central Park has become a popular meeting spot for Home Owners.

It’s now the location of choice for a weekly catch up, which generally includes a BBQ & drinks hosted by the Home Owners. We recently added additional seating in the undercover BBQ area.
