An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

To Our Good Life Community,

Welcome to the July 2024 edition of The Good Mail where we bring you important updates and general community news and all things Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast.

The month of June has been extremely busy for the team at Good Life Fraser Coast with continued construction progress on the Clubhouse, more home handovers and more new home starts.

The Clubhouse is moving along nicely as the construction of the pool has commenced, the external cladding is completed, the rendering and painting is now advancing to external areas, internal linings are commencing, the wet area waterproofing and tiling is commencing and the fireplace and 75-inch smart TV set out is complete!

We also have a few upcoming events for July such as the Burrum Coal Discovery Festival (Coalfest) and our Home Owner tour of the Clubhouse late in July.

What can we expect in July:

More home starts;
More home completions;
More community landscaping;
The Burrum Coal Discovery Festival;
Behind the scenes Home Owner tour of the Clubhouse;
Further progress on the Clubhouse & Clubhouse precinct; and
The official release of our Easy Living Collection with new homes starting from $582,000*.

A Big Welcome and Congratulations!

We were delighted to have 2 home handovers last month, welcoming both Mick & Jill (32 Serenity Drive) and Steve and Sandy (49 Greenview Drive) to our Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast community!

Mick & Jill (32 Serenity Drive) were recently handed the keys to their wonderful new home featuring a Grevillea floor plan with Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) and the classic Hip facade and join us from Morton Vale QLD.

Steve and Sandy (49 Greenview Drive) have also moved in to their beautiful new home. A Waratah floor plan with a Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) with a modern Contemporary facade.

Once again, congratulations and welcome to the Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast community.

Burrum Coal Discovery Festival

Take a step back in time at the Burrum Coal Discovery Festival Saturday the 13th of July!

Good Life Fraser Coast are proud supporters of the Burrum Coal Discovery Festival (Coalfest) that is held every July. Immerse yourself in the history and heritage of the Burrum District.

Activities, entertainment and displays include:

Street parade with locals in costume
Era-related cooking, including a camp kitchen

Mining history on display at the Howard Museum

Stage 2 Works Commencing This Month!

It’s great to have Shadforth back on site to commence earthworks for Stage 2!

A few key updates include:

Site establishment and commencement of earthworks is due at the end of July 2024.
Sewer, water and stormwater completed in August/September 2024.
Roadworks to start in August and be completed in November 2024.
Stage 2 works completed by mid-November 2024.
First house pads (slabs) expected mid to late November 2024.
