Howard Country Markets

The community spirit was in full swing at the Howard Country Markets. Our Home Owners kindly volunteered their time to lend a helping hand from support in the kitchen to stall allocation and set up in the wee hours of the morning. Well done all and thank you for your contribution to this important community event.

The Howard Country Markets are held on the first Saturday of every month (except January) from 7am to 12 noon. It is one of the region’s largest markets with a variety of stalls and country vibe and its success relies on the support of community volunteers. 56 Steley Street, Howard QLD 4659 

Mick & Jill (S32) recently popped in to see us at the Sales & Information Centre and kindly gifted us one of their pumpkins from their final commercial harvest (ever). Thanks for your generosity Mick and Jill.

With great progress on Mick & Jill’s new home, we look forward to completing construction and welcoming you to the Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast Community.

Ian and Vicki (S82) are enjoying an extended road trip and their adventures have taken them to the Apple Isle (Tasmania) via the Spirit of Tasmania. Their most recent destinations include Port Sorell and Westbury.

Clubhouse Construction Update

Progress…Progress…Progress!

Although hindered by a few stops and starts over the past few weeks due to wet weather, construction of the Clubhouse is advancing well. The main slab has been poured, portal steel frame erected and building framing well underway.

Clubhouse Features:

• Fully Equipped Gym

• Sauna

• Bathrooms and Change Rooms

• 2 x Kitchenettes

• Lounge

• TV

• Fireplace

• Billiards Table

• BBQ Area

• Internal and External Seating Areas

Set in beautifully landscaped surrounds, The Clubhouse is the centrepiece of the Clubhouse Precinct which will also be home to the Heated Pool, Spa, Tennis Court, Bocce Court and Fire Pit.

Clubhouse Walk Through with Our Home Owners

With another milestone achieved for the Clubhouse (slab pour), Rod MacLeod (AHC Limited Managing Director) and the AHC Good Life Team had the opportunity to invite current Home Owners on a private tour and walk through on the slab of the Clubhouse.

The event was well attended and a great opportunity for Home Owners to get a real feel for their Clubhouse facilities, layout and size. At the conclusion of the tour, Home Owners also had the opportunity for AMA (Ask Me Anything) session with Rod and the team.
