We have more exciting things happening in May!
Construction of the brand-new tennis court, the latest addition to our growing list of first-class resort facilities commences this month. Scheduled for completion by the end of June, Home Owners will “love” the “ace” new flood-lit tennis court. Perfect for a friendly or even competitive match!
Our FREE Golf Cart Promotion continues this month however, it also comes to an end on the 31 May 2025.
New home starts continue in May and the final tweaks applied to the new Good Life Connect App before official launch very soon!

Resort Updates
Clubhouse Precinct – Tennis Court, Bocce Court & Fire Pit
Construction officially kicks off on the new flood-lit tennis court, the latest addition to our Clubhouse Precinct.
Completing this precinct are the Bocce Court and community Fire Pit. These facilities are in the final stages of planning and implementation and will closely follow the completion of the “ace” tennis court.

Stage 2 – Progress Update
Excitement and popularity around the Stage 2 release continues with only 7 home sites remaining.
The popularity of the this stage release is of no surprise with its elevated location, proximity to the Burrum District Golf Club and of course our very own design award winning Clubhouse.
We are also excited about the diverse home styles selected by our future home owners including selections from our new Easy Living Collection – the Ironbark and Melaleuca featuring both Modern and Classic facade styles. The Waratah, Banksia and Grevillea designs have also been popular with 16 metre and 11 metre garages.
