An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

To Our Good Life Community,

Welcome to the October 2024 edition of The Good Mail where we share important updates and general community news and all things Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast.

Construction of the Clubhouse continues to motor along with much progress in September. Keep an eye on our social pages for sneaky video and photo updates over the coming weeks as we edge closer to completion and Grand Opening.

Stage 2 earthworks are well advanced despite challenging weather conditions during September. The Stage 2 release enjoys the most elevated position in the resort (and Howard) and is located adjacent to the 1st hole (327 metre Par 4) of the Burrum District Golf Club. Construction of the first homes in Stage 2 are scheduled to start before the end of the year.

With many homes under construction and new members of the community to welcome before Christmas, we are diligently working away to complete as many homes as possible in the remaining weeks before the end of the year.

In the meantime, we will find time to enjoy our Melbourne Cup Lunch with Home Owners at the Golf Club, celebrate the Grand Opening of The Clubhouse and reflect on 2024 at our community breakfast with Home Owners.

Clubhouse Coming Soon!

With only a few more weeks to go until our Clubhouse opening we are excited to share with you our September progress!

At this stage, the Clubhouse opening is scheduled for the first week of December.

We know that this space will be a popular destination for Home Owners over the festive season with our heated swimming pool, spa, gym and sauna. Our BBQ area and facilities will also be the perfect spot to celebrate with your friends and family and a place to relax and wind down!
