Resort Updates

Stage 2 – New Street Names!

In keeping with the location of Stage 2 and its proximity to the Burrum District Golf Club, our two new street names are Fairway Drive and Scenic Way.

Fairway Drive – the name was chosen based on its location adjacent and parallel to the 1st fairway of the Burrum District Golf Club.

Scenic Way – the name was chosen based on its elevated location in Stage 2 and scenic views to the golf course and the resort.

Stage 2 – Progress Update

Stage 2 is progressing nicely, with civil works now officially wrapped up. One of the key infrastructure elements — the new emergency entrance is not far from completion.

Even more exciting, construction has officially started on the very first home in Stage 2! Located at 1 Clubhouse Drive, this marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for future Home Owners in this next stage of the Resort.

Clubhouse Precinct Updates

Despite ongoing challenges posed by recent wet weather, the team remains firmly on track to complete the Tennis Court in the short term before progressing onto the final facilities of the Clubhouse precinct, the Bocce Court, and the much-anticipated community Fire Pit.

These amenities are sure to be popular gathering spots and will further enrich the already vibrant community lifestyle.

Weather Events & Tropical Cyclone Alfred

March brought unprecedented rainfall and a lashing to the region by a ex-tropical cyclone Alfred. Ex-TC Alfred caught many by surprise with widespread flooding across several neighbouring suburbs, including many areas of Hervey Bay. We extend our thoughts and well wishes to all those who were affected — may your recovery be swift and smooth.

We’re pleased to report that the Resort itself coped extremely well during the wet weather events. Thanks to our elevated location and stormwater design the site remained unaffected by the excessive rainfall and flash flooding events across the region.

A Big Welcome and Congratulations!

We are delighted to have recently handed Terry and Jo the keys to their stunning new home at 48 Greenview Drive. Their new home is a Grevillea floor plan featuring a modern skillion facade with a 16 metre Grande Garage.

Parked in their garage was their brand new EV Golf Cart… a resort and golf ready 4 seater!
