As the proud developer and owner of Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast, we are delighted to share a significant update with all of you.

With much excitement, we want to share the fantastic news that AHC Limited (AHC), going forward, will be the builder of our wonderful homes. This transition has always been part of the strategic plan.

AHC is Queensland based and Australian owned and has been a licensed builder and developer for over 33 years, successfully delivering and managing a myriad of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Queensland and northern NSW. With our vast experience and expertise, we eagerly look forward to ensuring the Resort’s completion with unwavering commitment to excellence.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to AUSMAR Homes, the builder who has been part of this incredible journey from the beginning. They have contributed immensely to laying the foundation of our dream community and we wish them all the best as they take a new direction in their own journey.

Robert & Josie, originally hailing all the way from Sydney, we are delighted you have made your way up the eastern seaboard to call Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort your home. Your GREVILLEA design with the Hamptons facade and Grande garage on a 400 square metre site is simply stunning!

David & Leigh, you’ve been with us from the very beginning and we are truly grateful for your unwavering support. Your vision for your future home base has come to life in S27, the largest site in the Clubhouse Precinct, spanning an impressive 733 square metres. Your WARATAH design with the Hamptons facade and Grande garage is a masterpiece!

Construction Update: Exciting Developments and Monumental Milestones at Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort! 🚧🏡

We are pleased to provide you with the latest progress update.

🐾 Dog Wash Nearing Completion: For all your adventurous pooches out there, we’re happy to report that our Dog Wash facility is nearing completion. Soon, your furry companions will have a dedicated space to freshen up too.

🚐 RV Hardstand Overnight Stay Area: The eagerly awaited RV Hardstand Overnight Stay Area is inching closer to completion. With 10 hardstand bays (with power & water connection), there is plenty of room for your visitors to visit and stay.

🚐 RV Wash Bay: We are putting the final touches the RV Wash Bay for a safe and secure facility to give your cherished RV a scrub after a road trip.

🏗️ Closing Out Stage One Works: We’re thrilled to share that we are close to completing Stage One Works, marking a monumental milestone for the entire project. This achievement brings us one step closer to our vision of creating a thriving community for all to enjoy.

🏠 New Homes Underway: As we welcome new Home Owners into our community, we’re excited to continue building new homes for those who have recently joined us. Each completed home adds to the vibrant community of Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort.

We are dedicated to providing an exceptional living experience for our Home Owners, and these updates mark important milestones in achieving that goal.

Our Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Team had an incredible three days at the Fraser Coast Expo 2023, held at the Maryborough Showgrounds. The days were filled with excitement, inspiring conversations and meeting friendly faces who already share our passion for community living and adventure!
