Government Assistance Available*

Thinking about making the move to Good Life?
Understanding the costs of resort-style living is an important part of making the decision. Eligible Home Owners may be able to access government assistance (Rent Assistance) through Services Australia.

💰 What does the weekly Site Fee cover at Good Life Fraser Coast?

A weekly Site Fee is payable on a per household basis at Good Life Fraser Coast. This Site Fee encompasses all aspects of the Resort management and maintenance costs including:

Maintenance and use of all community facilities
Roads and grounds maintenance
Mowing of your front lawn
Secure gated entry
CCTV
Community Manager
On-site Caretaker

📞 Is government support available?

You may be eligible to receive Rent Assistance through Services Australia toward the weekly Site Fee, depending on your circumstances.

⚖️ Am I protected by legislation?

Yes. Home Owners at Good Life Fraser Coast are protected under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003.
