Wow…already well into spring with Christmas fast approaching.

We have a busy lead up to Christmas with new home starts, completing new homes, welcoming new Home Owners to the Community, bringing community facilities on line and pushing others along.

We are looking forward to our next social event which is a Melbourne Cup Lunch at the Burrum District Golf Club.

Some of you may have inspected our Display Home which is a Banksia floor plan. We are excited about having a second Display Home now available for inspection which is a Waratah floor plan, with a Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) with a Hip facade with its alfresco area overlooking the Park.

Site 79 – Gary and Cass – We’re very excited for Gary and Cass as preliminary works start on their brand new home, a Waratah with Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) and Hip facade on a 490 sqm site.

Site 81 Steve and Jo – We’re very excited for Steve and Jo as preliminary works start on their brand new home, a Waratah with Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) and Contemporary facade on a 490 sqm site.

Off Leash Dog Park

We know how much our furry friends love the freedom of running around free and off their lead. With the fencing and gates completed, irrigation installed and near 600 sqm of turf down, our Dog Off Leash Park located in the RV Hardstand and Wash Bay precinct has come up a treat. We look forward to welcoming our furry friends to their new playground.

Clubhouse Construction Commencement

Our attention now turns to the Clubhouse Precinct…how exciting!

The Clubhouse includes a furnished large recreation room with big screen TV, fully equipped kitchenette, gym and sauna and is the focal point of the Clubhouse precinct that includes a heated spa and pool, tennis court, bocce court, fire pit and bbq facilities. We look forward to bringing you regular updates with its progress.

Melbourne Cup 2023

Save the date…the first Tuesday in November is Melbourne Cup Day with the race that stops the nation. We are planning a Melbourne Cup lunch at our neighbouring Burrum District Golf Club to include a food and drinks package, live entertainment and the great race televised live. Bookings are essential as seats are limited. More information to follow shortly.
