Construction continues across the Resort, with new homes underway and exciting developments within the Clubhouse Precinct – including the fire pit area, which is well on its way to completion.
We also enjoyed a busy month of events, proudly sponsoring Coalfest 2025 and celebrating Christmas in July in the Clubhouse. It’s been wonderful to see the Good Life spirit shining through in so many ways.

Clubhouse Precinct Process
Tennis Court, Bocce Court & Fire Pit
Our Resort Fire Pit in the Clubhouse Precinct is nearly complete!
Concrete has now been poured, and we’re on track to finish by the end of the month!
To mark the occasion, we’re planning a small get-together with our Home Owners to celebrate this exciting addition. We will also officially open the tennis court & bocce court at this time.
We can’t wait for our Home Owners to enjoy all that this space will offer – from catching up with neighbours to group activities or simply unwinding in the heart of the Resort.
Stage 2 Update
Construction of new homes in Stage 2 is well underway on Sites 1, 3, 13, 18 and 19.
Stage 2 of the Resort is adjacent to the Burrum District Golf Club and has been a highly popular choice for new Home Owners. Stage 2 includes home sites on Clubhouse Drive, Scenic Way and Fairway Drive.

Christmas in July Wrapped-Up
The Christmas in July celebration by Home Owners at Good Life Fraser Coast was a fantastic success, bringing festive cheer to the Clubhouse over the weekend! Organised by our wonderful Social Club, the event had a great turnout and was filled with laughter, connection, and a generous dose of Christmas spirit.
The tree was put up in the Clubhouse, setting the scene beautifully for the event. With delicious food, a dessert pot luck, and a surprise Secret Santa gift exchange, there was something for everyone to enjoy. A lucky door prize also added to the fun, with one lucky Home Owner taking home a festive treat!
A big thank you to everyone who helped bring this event to life and to all who attended. It was a joyful afternoon and a lovely reminder of the strong community we’re building together here at the Resort.
School Holiday Fun at The Resort
Over the school holidays, it was wonderful to see so many grandkids visiting and enjoying everything Good Life Fraser Coast has to offer.
The heated pool – with the help of a few colourful floaties – proved to be a hit, keeping the little ones entertained for hours. We love seeing our Home Owners welcome friends and family, and it’s even better knowing they too can make the most of our first-class Resort facilities during their stay.

Celebrating Community at Coolest 2025
What a fantastic day we had at Coalfest 2025 last month!
The Good Life Fraser Coast team headed down to Bellert Park to enjoy the festivities – from the vibrant street parade and live music to impressive woodcarving and vintage cars display.
As proud sponsors of the wood carving event, it was great to see such talent on display and so many locals getting involved. Our team also had the opportunity to connect with Howard’s local representatives, Michelle Byrne and John Barounis, as we celebrated the spirit of this wonderful community.
