An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

To Our Good Life Community,

Welcome to the August 2024 edition of The Good Mail where we bring you important updates and general community news and all things Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast. This month we have also included a guide on our favourite tips for moving homes, to make your life easier!

The month of July has been extremely busy for the team at Good Life Fraser Coast with continued construction progress on the Clubhouse, the release of our Easy Living Collection, commencement of earthworks for Stage 2 and a Clubhouse Home Owners Tour!

July was a milestone month for the Clubhouse with the pool and spa shell completed together with pleasing progress with both internal and external works across the Clubhouse building.

Scheduled works for the Clubhouse in August includes:

Internal Works

Tiling to all the wet area walls and floors to commence
Sauna will be installed
Feature stonework will be installed to the Fireplace and TV feature wall
Internal fixing of architraves and skirting to windows and doors will be installed
Commencement of internal painting

External Works

Pool plumbing & electrical install
Continued external landscaping
External concreting for path and pool surrounds

We look forward to a busy month of further Clubhouse progression, more home starts and continued progress with Stage 2 earthworks!

Clubhouse Home Owners Tour!

With the construction of the Clubhouse powering along, we took the opportunity to invite Home Owners for a walk through tour to see the progress for themselves.

Managing Director Rod MacLeod led the tour which was well attended by current and future Home Owners.

Stage 2 Earthworks Have Commenced!

The Stage 2 release consists of 17 sites adjacent to the Burrum District Golf Club at the northern end of the resort.

If you are a keen golfer then you will not want to miss this opportunity. Our most recent release has proven very popular with 8 of the 17 sites already accounted for.

Howard Ambulance Station – 20 Year Anniversary & Open Day

We were invited by the Howard Ambulance Committee to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of the Howard Ambulance Station and 2024 Open Day.

Thank you to all Home Owners at Good Life Fraser Coast that showed their support by attending this milestone event for the town of Howard and the local community.

We were treated to the history of Howard Ambulance Station, a live demonstration of their latest technology, tea & coffee, snacks, goodies to take away and of course, Birthday Cake. A special mention to Brenda and the Howard Ambulance Committee for your tireless work supporting the Howard Ambulance Station.

We are grateful to have first responders (Ambulance, Police & Fire) in the town of Howard and literally only minutes from our gates.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our gifted and dedicated First Responders…thank you for all you do!
