67 The Boulevard – Donn and Vikki

Donn & Vikki recently purchased and moved into 67 The Boulevard. Their new home is a Waratah floor plan with Hamptons facade and Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) on a premium 500 sqm site.

Donn and Vikki join us all the way from the Sutherland Shire in Sydney. We loved meeting their new furry friend ‘Bindi’ who will enjoy our off-leash dog park. Bindi was born and bred in Howard!

71 The Boulevard – David and Josie

Avid travellers and explorers David and Josie recently took possession of their brand new home 71 The Boulevard.

Their new home is a 3 bedroom Waratah floorplan with the modern Skillion facade and RV garage (6m x 11 metres) on a premium 500 sqm site.

Recently, Jeff and Janet were handed the keys to their beautiful new home, a Grevillea with RV garage (6m x 11 metres) incorporating the classic Hip facade on a premium 500 sqm site.

Jeff and Janet have joined us from Tanilba Bay north of Newcastle in NSW.
