Construction Update

Homes are now under construction!

We love sharing the progress of your new community, and this photo is a favourite.
A stunning aerial showing the first homes lining the streets of Good Life Fraser Coast. Something you might not know is we place a strong focus on maintaining clean and functional construction sites. We believe in taking pride in your new home at every stage.

Over the last month, we along with Shadforth and Ausmar Homes have continued to make progress with construction. Some of our key milestone moments include the start and completion of asphalt on our internal roads to the Clubhouse Precinct, the commencement of our entry statement, street lights delivered and installed, many homes now under construction.

Notable construction milestones are:

Asphalt started and completed | 1.2km was laid.
Street Lights Delivered and installed | 19 Street Lights.
Homes under construction | 12 homes under construction.
Entry statement commenced!

House Numbers 27 to 37 – Serenity Drive
House Numbers 44 to 56 – Greenview Drive

Please note, in line with the entire industry, our construction shutdown period will be from 22/12/2022 to 16/01/2023. We will be back on site, refreshed and ready to continue evolving your stunning new over 50s community.

Congratulations to Leigh!
In the spotlight, this month is Leigh. Leigh and her husband David are seasoned bowlers and members of the Tocumwal Golf and Bowls club. Leigh made her way through the preliminaries and competed in the 100 UP Final claiming victory winning 102 shots to 95. Congratulations Leigh!
