Feature: The 2022 Good Life Golf Day

We had a great weekend hosting the Good Life Golf Day at the Burrum District Golf Club (located next door).

It was an amazing event where we enjoyed time with our Good Life Fraser Coast homeowners, suppliers and tradespeople. Our vision for our newest Good Life community could not be achieved without the support of all that attended.

Thank you to Burrum District Golf Club for sharing their beautiful course with us. To everyone who came along, we hope you had as much fun as we did on the weekend!

A special thank you to Bruce Saunders (MP) and the Howard Community Centre for joining us in hosting what was a fantastic foodie event in Howard.

We were proud to have our whole team from the Gold Coast there to enjoy the community that is home to our Good Life Fraser Coast Resort and getting to know our future homeowners.

Construction Update

Homes are now under construction!

Our team have been working hard alongside our civil partners Shadforth and our building partners Ausmar Homes to hit huge construction milestones at Good Life Fraser Coast. Over the past month, we have made incredible progress on site with many slabs, frames and now roofs going on our new homes!

Notable milestones are:

Road preparation is reaching the final stages before being completed and sealed.
Streetscapes are coming together with homes well and truly under construction.
Electrical works have continued underground.
Entry statement is taking shape.
