Earthworks

Services
Entry road stormwater being installed as all major civil services (sewer, water, stormwater) remain on track to be completed in August 2022.
Retaining Walls
Finishing touches are being applied to retaining walls as we edge towards house construction starts.
Internal roadworks
On Friday 5 August 2022, the first pavement gravels for road construction started to be delivered to site and in they went! Things are happening fast now with some dry weather at long last.

Howard Railway Station
Did you know you can take a day trip from Howard to Brisbane and back…same day! Travel in comfort on the Tilt Train. Howard Railway Station is just a short walk from the front gates of Good Life Fraser Coast. The Tilt Train travels to Bundaberg and Rockhampton to the north and Brisbane to the south with lots to see along the way.
