An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

To Our Good Life Community,

Welcome to the June 2024 edition of The Good Mail where we bring you important updates and general community news and all things Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast.

Despite the continued wet weather in May, construction of The Clubhouse is motoring along. The roof has been completed (hooray) and internal services works including carpentry framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing services have commenced. External ground works to The Clubhouse precinct have been hampered by the soggy conditions as large machinery has been kept off the site.

June will be particularly exciting as we will see our Resort pool shell commence and pending kind weather, the shell is scheduled to be installed by the end of June. We will also be working very hard for the building to be fully enclosed by the end of the month. This will hopefully see external cladding completed as well.

It is also the last month and opportunity for home buyers to receive a FREE Electric Golf Cart with the purchase of any new home before June 30th. This promotion has been very popular. If you have friends or family that are thinking of making the move, now is the perfect time!

Bill and Fiona (77 The Boulevard) were recently handed the keys to their magnificent new home, a Grevillea floor plan with a Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) and the classic Hip facade on a premium 490 square metre site.
