An Important Update about Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast

To Our Good Life Community,

Welcome to the May 2024 edition of The Good Mail where we bring you important updates and general community news and all things Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast.

April was a challenging month with the wet weather conditions. Completion of the roof of the Clubhouse has therefore been delayed with the timeline being pushed out to later in May. From there we will be able to move into electrical pre-wiring, mechanical / air conditioning installation and plumbing rough-in. Once this is completed the external cladding will commence.

Despite recent inclement weather impacting timelines, our outlook remains buoyant for completion of the Clubhouse late in the third quarter of 2024.

What can we expect in May:

More home starts;
More home completions;
More community landscaping; and
Further progress on the Clubhouse & Clubhouse precinct.

A Big Welcome and Congratulations!

Gary and Cass (79 The Boulevard) were recently handed the keys to their fabulous new home. A Waratah floor plan with a Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) with a traditional Hip facade on a premium 490 sqm site.

No strangers to lifestyle resort living, Gary and Cass join us from Maryborough QLD. We look forward to Cass completing her garden with her beloved Desert Roses and Orchids. We can’t wait to see them!

On the Road…with the Woody’s

We continue to follow the Woody’s on their road trip in Tassie.

Ian and Vicki recently spent a week in the south west, visiting Lake St Clair, Queenstown, Strathan, Reece Dam and Corrina.

They also caught up with Steve and Diane who are also Home Owners at Good Life Fraser Coast.

There is always someone keeping an eye on progress and regular inspection of facilities. This mob was captured recently inspecting our RV Wash Bay and hardstand area. Looks like it was a family morning hop along!!!
