Tony & Mary join us from Ormeau on the northern end of the Gold Coast Qld.

The Grevillea is a spacious 2 bedroom plus multi-purpose room home.

33 Serenity Drive – Katie & Lyle

Katie & Lyle will join us from Uranquinty (south of Wagga Wagga NSW). Wrapping things up back home before they join us, Katie & Lyle have kindly allowed us to use their beautiful new home as a display home before they move in.

Katie & Lyle’s home is a Waratah with Grande garage (6m x 16 metres) with the popular Hip facade.

Site 33 enjoys close proximity to the Clubhouse and Country Club precincts and also shares its rear boundary with our Central Park.

And we’re off…works have started on Chris & Wendy’s new home a Grevillea floor plan with RV garage (6m x 11 metres) and Contemporary facade. Site 51 is located adjacent to the Central Park.

Exciting Developments and Milestones at Good Life RV and Lifestyle Resort! 🚧🏡

We are pleased to provide you with the latest progress update.

The Clubhouse Precinct

🏡 It is very exciting to announce the commencement of works for Clubhouse precinct community facilities. Excavation, boxing and pouring of the foundation footings for the perimeter retaining walls has been completed. Block works for the retaining walls has commenced.

The Clubhouse building will have a large recreation room with lounge area and kitchenettes, sauna, gym, bathrooms and bbq facilities. The Clubhouse precinct also includes a large heated pool, spa, bocce court, tennis court and fire pit. It will be a great place for Home Owners to meet, socialise with other Home Owners, hold functions for special occasions and of course, keep fit.

The proposed schedule is to firstly complete the Clubhouse building itself, closely followed by the pool and spa and then following on to the tennis court, bocce court and fire pit.
